Our Van Story
We started IonDesign in 2005 as a home remodeling and Design business. We've remodeled large 5,000 sq ft homes as well as smaller 1,500 sq ft condos. Mary assists clients with interior design and layouts and is the project manager. Ted does all the detail work and custom woodworking.
Before that, Mary left her successful career as the
We started IonDesign in 2005 as a home remodeling and Design business. We've remodeled large 5,000 sq ft homes as well as smaller 1,500 sq ft condos. Mary assists clients with interior design and layouts and is the project manager. Ted does all the detail work and custom woodworking.
Before that, Mary left her successful career as the owner of her private practice as a psychotherapist specializing in Women and Addictions. Ted left his corporate career as a VP of marketing in the LIFE Safety Industry and continues engagement in the emergency management and crisis management field.

In 2022 we semi-retired from our remodel business and used our skill sets to convert a Mercedes cargo van into a Luxury Van for our travels.
